Unique renovations include large picture windows in the bedrooms of this first floor, end unit in the elevator building. The owners added a granite bar for dining. There is also a wet bar with a cultured marble top. Each bedroom has queen bed, ceiling fan, deck access and a full bath with tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms feature ceramic tile floors and cultured marble vanity tops. The kitchen has newer appliances and there is a washer/dryer. There is a storage room off the master bedroom deck.
