This is a great place to call home! Live at Bay Pointe Villas, just outside the Seabrook Island gate. PROPERTY OFFERED UNFURNISHED. You enjoy full access to Seabrook Island, including the state of the art Lake House fitness center and pools. This light, sunny villa has wood flooring, separate dining area, a spacious living area, glassed in sunroom, screened porch and two bedrooms each with a full bath. The master bedroom is well sized and has glass french doors that open to the enclosed sunroom. The kitchen is updated and has a pass through to the living room side so you won't miss out on the fabulous marsh views. The screened porch off the dining room is a great place to relax after a sunny day at the beach. Bay Pointe residents enjoy a community dock where you may launch your kayak and paddle all the way to the ocean without loading up on the car!
